The property has plenty of spaces to relax, either in front of a TV or in the spa. We found it very quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of Rye beach and amenities and only a short drive to other places of interest. Peninsula Hot Springs are only 10 minutes by car. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great house, perfect size, amazing spa, beautiful location and I will be recommended the house to all of my friends. The only thing I would suggest is getting a better mop and vacuum, over all just fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay. Property had everything we needed. Great that it can fit so many guests. Clean and tidy house. Loved the spa out the back. Also has a really large backyard for kids to run around if you bring them.

Perfect house for a large group, a couple of families or even just a couple! The house was clean, cosy and spacious and the outdoor spa was fantastic. Excellent location with just a short walk to the shops and beach. I will certainly rent this house again.

This property is perfect for our golfing group of 8 men. Perfectly located, close to restaurants and clubs. Well furnished and appointed property with 8 separate beds and 3 bathrooms to accommodate us all. This is the most popular property that we have stayed at in the last 13 years that we have stayed at in Rye. We now stay an extra night to relax on the outdoor decking and make the most of the fabulous spa. Can’t wait to do it all again next year.
